Harvested by hand, in crates and at night.

Whole bunch pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged 6 months in 2-wine oak barrels.

Robe: Pale yellow
Nose: Expressive, floral notes of lime blossom and almond
Palate: Starts out fresh, with kumquat and sweet spices; after opening, it gains in roundness, with notes of licorice stick lengthening the finish.
