Nose: A deep, exuberant nose, where, after aeration, blackberry, cocoa, notes of clove, flint, toast, game, and smoke collide.
Palate: Beautiful texture, grain, fine tannins, gravelly. Freshness, minerality, slightly tense finish, with bitter cocoa notes. Very drinkable.
